1. Platform Description


Amaro is a verified dating platform that allows users to create profiles, communicate, and connect with other users for social, dating, and relationship purposes.


Amaro is not a matchmaking agency, travel agency, or event organizer.

Amaro only provides a platform for users to interact.




2. Eligibility


You must:


  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Women must be at least 25 years old

  • Men must be at least 40 years old

  • Provide accurate information

  • Complete identity verification if required

  • Not be prohibited from using such services



3. User Accounts


Users are responsible for:


  • Maintaining account confidentiality

  • All activity under their account

  • Providing accurate information

  • Keeping login data secure



Amaro is not liable for unauthorized access to accounts.


4. User Conduct Rules


Users agree NOT to:


  • Create fake profiles

  • Upload false information

  • Harass or threaten others

  • Scam or defraud users

  • Request or send money

  • Upload illegal content

  • Upload explicit illegal material

  • Impersonate another person

  • Use the platform for commercial purposes

  • Promote illegal services

  • Collect other users’ data

  • Use bots or automation

  • Attempt to hack the platform



We may remove content or accounts at any time.


5. Meetings, Travel & Offline Interaction


Users interact and meet at their own risk.


Amaro is not responsible for:


  • Meetings between users

  • Dates

  • Travel arrangements

  • Accommodation

  • Financial transactions

  • Relationships

  • Injuries

  • Crimes

  • Disputes

  • Emotional damage

  • Losses

  • Any offline interaction



Users are solely responsible for their decisions and safety.

6. No Guarantees


Amaro does not guarantee:


  • Matches

  • Relationships

  • Compatibility

  • User honesty

  • User identity accuracy

  • Platform availability

  • Error-free service

  • Continuous service

  • Successful outcomes



The service is provided “as is” and “as available”.


7. Identity Verification Disclaimer


Identity verification reduces risk but does not guarantee:


  • Authenticity

  • Good intentions

  • Safety

  • Behavior

  • Legality of documents



Users may still provide false or fraudulent documents.


8. Limitation of Liability

Use of the platform is at your own risk.


9. Indemnification


Users agree to indemnify and hold Amaro harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:


  • Use of the platform

  • Violation of these terms

  • Violation of laws

  • User interactions

  • Content uploaded by users


10. Account Termination


We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for:


  • Violating terms

  • Suspicious activity

  • Fraud

  • Harassment

  • Fake profiles

  • Illegal activity

  • Platform misuse

  • Safety concerns


We are not obligated to provide a reason.


11. Intellectual Property


All platform content including:


  • Logo

  • Design

  • Software

  • Text

  • Branding

  • Features



are property of Amaro and may not be copied or used without permission.


Users grant Amaro a license to display uploaded content for platform operation.


12. Service Changes


We may:


  • Modify the platform

  • Add features

  • Remove features

  • Change pricing

  • Suspend service

  • Shut down the service



At any time without liability.


13. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
